Role and Responsibilities

Day to day support on 1st line support for both Dynamics Business Central and Dynamics CRM
Call logging and issue resolution / escalation
Customer liaison and relationship building
Team escalation and communication
Internal systems update and time recording
Maintenance of support documentation and handover
Small configuration updates and modification

Essential Skills

Previous knowledge of any CRM/ERP system (ideally Dynamics), as full training will be provided
Experience in a customer facing or support role
Ability to understand complex issues and to accurately document these issues
Ability to prioritise cases and manage their completion
Very strong communication skills
